EuriNutri™ 80 NS is directly obtained through a process in which proteins are directly extracted
from skimmed milk using membrane technology. This technique gives the product an excellent amino acid profile
without the GMPs (glycomacropeptides) that are found in WPC derived from cheese manufacture.
